Terms and conditions

Please read the to the following Villa Spuga terms and conditions: 

• When booking, it is necessary to pay an advance of 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer to the bank account no later than 24 hours from the delivery of the pro forma invoice to your email address.
• If you prefer to use your  credit card, the price of the stay increases by 3%.
• The balance payment in the amount of  70% total price is paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
• If the reservation is made less than 30 days from the date of arrival, the full amount of the stay at the time of booking is at the time of booking.
• The price includes: tourist tax and all other taxes, and all the facilities of the villa that are listed in its description.
• Damage insurance: a refundable deposit of € 500 is required on arrival, or an insurance policy of  1000€.
• Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee of € 25 per pet per day.
• Check-in at the facility is possible after 15:00, on the day of arrival.
• Check-out from the facility must be done by 10:00, on the day of departure.
• The property reserves the right to charge additional costs for late check-outs.

• Villa Spuga reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change a reservation if there has been an abuse of the reservation system or it was made by an obvious mistake of the user.
• In the period from 15.6. to 15.9. by the decision of the Šibenik City Council, construction and communal works are not allowed, while in the period outside the stated deadlines construction and communal works are allowed on the surrounding areas and Brodarica zone. That means that Villa Spuga is not responsible for any noise or other disturbances that could occur. For this reason, the price list of Villa Spuga has been adjusted to the stated city decision.
• When confirming the reservation, it is presumed that you are familiar with the points of the General Terms and Conditions as well as with the House Rules of Villa Spuga. This implies that you agree with those points and that you will fully comply with them.
